Stress and Family Life

Monday April 14, 2008

(1) Jenny Hyatt says:

I completely endorse the need to communicate or release your feelings as a means of dealing with stress. A growing body of research demonstrates how self expression improves social, mental and physical health states. Unfortunately we often shy away from really saying what’s on our mind - such as today i am finding it really hard to like my child - as we fear the judgment of others or being misunderstood. The very simple act of simply airing something often results in immediate feelings of release. Jenny Hyatt, Founder, bigwhitewall.com
