Have you finished your holiday gift shopping yet? We're getting down to the wire, but there is still time to order great gifts for everyone on your list. Here are some ideas for gifts you can make now and still have sent in time for Christmas delivery:
Got a Mac? You can make a family calendar or photo book out of family photos to share with grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings -- anyone who would appreciate having photos of the whole family, especially the children. The too-cool iPhoto application lets even the most artistically-challenged among us create gorgeous, professional-looking calendars, photo books, and other gifts. (The deadline for orders is December 19, with express shipping for it to arrive in time for Christmas.)
If you have a PC, a great site that lets you send out family photos to turn into calendars as well as other products such as t-shirts, mugs, and photo books is RocketLife.com. Read Family Computing Guide Christy Matte's review of RocketLife. Another reliable and versatile site is Shutterfly.com, which offers lots of options for calendars, photo books, and holiday cards.
You can also print out your own family calendar for free if you have a quality printer.
