A great way to get back to a workout routine is by taking a fun exercise class. There are also lots of fun ways to get fit together as a family, and even great ideas to get reluctant little couch potatoes on the move. So re-start your healthy eating habits, put on your workout clothes, and work off that Thanksgiving feast!
